Last monday, just after the United Airlines Boeing 737 made a complete stop at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, the flight attendant pulled the slide of the front right door and walked away.
While the motive still remains unclear, United Airlines sees the action as “done intentionally”.
The flight attendant has been “relieved” from her flying duties.
