A large number of those travellers want to go on vacation, which is why TUI facilitates the recovery from the Travel Guarantee Fund and offers the possibility to book a new trip with immediate deduction of the amounts already paid.

Thomas Cook Belgium SA/NV customers concerned are entitled to reimbursement of their journey. However, this procedure is time-consuming and holidaymakers want to be quickly sure they can leave.
To remedy this situation, TUI offers a simple solution: the traveller concerned can immediately book a new holiday with a TUI shop with immediate deduction of the amounts directly paid to Thomas Cook.
