Brussels Airlines will be flying again from Brussels to Hanover from 1 September.

As an airline spokeswoman confirmed, the route will be offered five times a week. Bombardier CRJ-900 aircraft will be used, operated by wet-lease partner CityJet.

The route to Hanover was abandoned when the Brussels Airlines’ subcontractors operating the route had their own problems earlier this year: the Sukhoi SuperJet SSJ100 wet-lease contract with CityJet was interrupted and bmi Regional filed for bankruptcy.
