This morning (1 December) around 09:30 (UTC +1), air traffic at Nantes Atlantique Airport was disturbed as around 30 protesters wearing yellow safety vests forced their way through the airport’s fence.
Demonstrators entered terminal 3 of the airport, flights are departing albeit delays remain possible.
The “Yellow Vests” demonstrators started earlier this month and are protesting against economic reform, such as planned tax hikes on gas.
