In a recent press release, Airbus announced a partnership between its Airbus Helicopters unit and a new helicopter leasing company, GDHF (GD Helicopter Finance).
GDHF has secured 20 H175 helicopters (10 firm orders and 10 options) which they will lease to customers around the world in various sectors including energy, search and rescue, emergency medical services and parapublic operations.
This deal adds to GDHF’s existing order for 50 H160 helicopters, giving them a strong portfolio of new technology helicopters to lease.
