Hi,
About the figures themselves:
It seems that SNBA has reduced capacity over the first 5 months. That's the main reason for the better loadfactors (and April was even a decrease). What did they do with the remaining capacity? Used for charters? Maintenance of the AVRO fleet? ...
Another question: were the passengers of the Thalys counted for in the previous statistics or not?

@FlyA330: except for OK and MA, you can't compare SN with airlines like IB/AF/..., as the shorthaul network of those airlines is filled with lot's of longhaul passengers connecting to European destinations.
Swiss also has a high loadfactor, but look at the difference in loadfactor between longhaul and shorthaul, and you will know what I mean.

Which rumours?EBBR wrote:sn26567,sn26567 wrote:I still wonder whether the load factor includes the numerous charter flights operated duting summer: they should push the figure up!
I have heard the same rumours: SN adds the full loaded charter flights to improve the figure!
It does not make much sense since the major reason for higher LF is exactly the lower capacity because capacity is used for charters ...!
PS: check the complete XLS
