As far as I understood, there was never an issue with ABC. CargoLogic Air on the other hand suspended (=voluntarily and temporarily) operations for a while. In the meantime, it seems they decided to restart operations.

It looks more like the aircraft was intended for Macron (or Sarkozy in 2007) with the French flag on its tail...
