When do SN codeshare with US or UA on TATL ?

codeshare with UA start April 6th and codeshares with CO and US are subject to government approval

Codeshares will indeed be active on 06APR, the UA codeshares on SN flights are allready bookable on UA's site but SN's site is like usual hopeless behind... It's still not possible to book TATL flights on SN's site even with dates after 06APR. Hell, even IAD is an unknown airport at SN's site...

US Codeshares should also start this month but it seems that this isn't approved (yet). I'm still not sure if a CO codeshare will follow.

Well, it's a mess indeed; ORD and only some connections (like e.g. PHX & TPA via ORD) are bookable on SN's website, but no IAD and other connections bookable yet...
