Hi everybody,
the day started pretty well (only got up one hour to soon ). But anyway, went to class untill 15.15, after that, Smetten and me rushed to the airport to go and try catch the (in the meanwhile) famous french C-130 @ EBOS. First we drove to the wrong side of the runway (hadn't checked the winddirection ), luckely, smetten has a fast car, but not fast enough when you encouter a problem that is called "trafficlights and citycars ". So first we missed the Airline Transport Incorporation AN-12, we saw it come in right over our car. When we then arrived at our spot, it seemed that the C-130 wouldn't fly anymore . But luckely we still have our Belgium pride and glory: The Seaking , he came in for a crewchange and made things up.
Shots:
Note the the cargodoor of the DC-3 in the first picture blew open by the winddisplacement of the seaking.
Well that was it, I just hear the French C-130 taking off.....
I certainley will give it a new try tomorrow!
greetings, pietn
