At least you saw 2 planes in 10 minutes :D most of the time, when I go to Ostend, I see one, max 2, planes ... maybe I have to be more patient when I'm there :D

anyway, nice pics Fabke

Concerning the 727, It's indeed sad to see how bad they overpainted the logo ...

EC-IDQ ex OO-DHT is given away to KHBO school, aviation department, and will be used to give the studends practical training on aircraft components
to improve the skills of potentional new aircraft mechanics

OO-DHS was given simular to WAN in charleroi

It's indeed a very nice gesture from DHL to give those 2 B727's away. But what I heard is that the KHBO didn't treated the B727 very well. When the KHBO received the B727 they were apparently told to put put an anti corrosion layer on the plane to prevent it from corroding too fast, but this was apparently never done. Now the plane is allready in a very bad shape after just one year in EBOS :(

Ciao

Your welcome Fabke

Indeed, 2 aircraft movements in 10 minutes is quite amazing :!: The average at EBOS is 2 aircraft movements in 10 hours... :? and if WILOO doesn't stop complaining, it will once become 2 aircraft movements in 10 days

I was at EBOS once (last years after the Koksijde Open Days), and I also had 2 aircraft movements in 10 minutes... ZS-OSV was taxiing for departure while a Kalitta B742 was touching down on the runway.

Regards, Robin Bamps
