The government is investigating the possibility that agents of the Chinese government are operating out of Liege airport, according to federal justice minister Vincent Van Quickenborne (Open VLD).

Hong Kong Air Cargo has received approval from the ATLA to operate scheduled cargo flights to nine new routes, including Chennai, Tokyo, Manila, Jakarta, Delhi, Sydney, Melbourne, Liege, and Milan as scheduled service destinations.
