From Europe you have direct flights via Vienna. Erbil is safe and has become a real business center.

Baghdad,Sulemanya and other places have almost dailyflight with RJ from Amman..

Seems things getting better.

Good thing.

Thanks for the info. With regard to flights from Ostend to Basrah, isn't this only a fuelstop on the route Lyneham-Basrah? or does the plane also take extra cargo in OST?

The DC-8 of ACE doesnt take any extra cargo at ostend.
the DC-8 operates for the Royal Airforce from Lyneham to Basrah.
The runways are to short at Lyneham to take off with full load of cargo and fuel.
so it flies from Lyneham to Ostend full of cargo . and wil be full fueled at ostend .

Turkish Cargo uses A310-300 aircraft and flies to Baghdad from Istanbul Ataturk. I am not sure about the frequency but you can get info from: (+90) 212 465 24 67, 463 6363/5807-5311-5818-5819.

Thanks.
