Did the a310 of the Belgian Defence participate in the show? I saw it driving home from Leuven flying very low & slow over the E314 in the direction of Leuven. Maybe a training flight for the show?

Hi.
As far as I know there was no A310 in the flying program of EBBE.
This weekend it became very clear that a coop event with Kaki's and airforce is a very wrong combination. As an airshow this really wast good! The static was parked terrible which made it almost impossible to take a clean shot of the aircraft. The tactical demo said enough of the good coordination between air and ground.... .I really hope things will begin to change real fast in order to save our troops of making themselves a fool to any other country. I've been there friday and saturday, here are some of the movements:

Really hope there will be one more Koksijde next year!!!

Hello,

I was there too on Sunday.

I was lucky to fly in the Embraer 145. We flew about 40 minutes at an altitude of about 300 to 400 meters, at a speed of appr 400 km/h
We flew from Beauvechain over Walibi to Halle, them via Aalst to Semmerzake where we did a very low overflight. Then back via Waterloo to Beauvechain. As they weather was not good, it was a fantastic rough flight !

How come some of you think this was a bad show?

OK the weather wasn't that great on Saturday afternoon.

But for a show with a free entrance I thought it was good. You got the spitfire, B-17, E-3, a Catalina, 2 F-4's.

One negative point was that the planes were placed to close to eachother, but that's it and that the fences were to close to the planes.

But for the rest :kvole:
