On this link you can see some pics of the new sim that these guys are building in Bruges.
http://www.vdbroeck.net
Then click "project"
Now they're building a very realistic replica of a B737NG.
The former one was already nice but a bit simplistic in it's looks.
I can't wait to "fly" it, last time was December 2002, when they started work on the new one.
So if you guys visit Bruges perhaps a good idea for a visit.
It's located in the industrial area "Blauwe Toren", next to the railroad and the driving school terrain.
When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return."

An article about the flight simulator can be found here: http://www.aerobel.be/indekijker/2004/b ... r_college/ , it's in Dutch though but you can watch some cool images too!

Saturday I went for the second time to the new sim.
I took some pics while the sim was not moving.
Next time I take a friend with me to sit in the jumpseat, he can than make some pics of me in action.

The pictures don't work with me. Is it correct that the screen is now 1 big screen and not 3 15" CRT screens (very ennoying to fly  )
Tot hier en verder
