Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
AF was very efficient with me too. I was shocked by how fast I got an agent on the line to resolve my case and I already rebooked a future long haul with them, just based on how great a service they provided. I had tickets with SN too, a whole bunch of them, all cancelled. I could have accepted vou...

Just asked luchtzak to delete my account. I will be able to spend my leasure time more pleasantly than being selectevly censored by administrators who lack a lot of experience in the field of communication and freedom of speech. Or some animals are more equal here than others (Animal Farm by George...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
If Belgium saves a German SN, can we also expect Belgium to save the 35.000 other companies employing 10 or more people in Belgium, for a total of 2.4 million jobs? What about holdings like AB InBev? Or did you think that Germany was going to save them for us? Saving all these companies will result...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
No.. 8% EBIT is the money where a company can sustain its own investment program. Let's be fair .. as of today Brussels has no substance - the 333 are owned by Lufthans and upfront payments were made from them, the a320fam fleet is leased and all is second hand. If we look at the profitability the ...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
Belgian state has the power to deliver slot to Africa. If Brussels Airlines collapse, everything will be granted to Air Belgium or TUI fly. In my opinion, if bad mother Lufthansa get rids of Brussels Airlines and Austrian. Maybe Brussels Airlines and Austrian could join forces. Brussels Airlines fo...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
So what, farewell Brussels Airlines in a couple of months? I just wonder: would SN be viable as a stand alone airline in the current market? What other national carriers (apart Alitalia) in Europe with a 'similar' network are still alive and kicking (alive for sure, kicking not so much). I would say...

3. We should avoid politics on this website I agree with the fact that politics should be avoided on this forum; but as long as it's only reporting without any personal opinion; why not? I'm quite surprised to read that cabin crew could get 2800 netto per month with mid-experience... Civil engineers get less than that when they start as juniors in large companies.

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
Aren't they out of money end of this week? Brussels Airlines has denied that rumour. It was based upon a leak (to Belga) of one of the many documents that were filed on 12th May with the Belgian Social Security Authority. The document was taken out of its content, of course. Any news about the nego...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
One question: what would have become Brussels Airlines without Lufthansa or any other major airline companies that would have invested in SN to develop?
SN would have never survived alone. It would have disappeared years ago.

I also wonder how long this new chapter of Air Belgium's adventure will last.

Re: Website referencing aircraft routes
The first one.
For instance, I'd like to select:
Airline: KLM
Aircraft: B789
=> Which destinations are they flying to with such aircraft and what is the schedule for each route ?
