After doing a recent check I noticed that Continental seems to be starting a double-daily service to Manchester England on 757's. This is due to the need for widebody aircraft for China or Lagos/Accra* - pending approval
I play with the dates some other time to see when they finally switch from the current 777's to 757's.
Note: August 9th was just a test date.

MAN will also see the B762 on certain days instead of 2x B752.
Something they can't do at BRU I think due to the high loads in 'BusinessFirst'.
How are CO doing at MAN yield-wise?
CO are not the only US airline flying B752's to MAN by the way, also AA have a seasonal daily MAN-BOS on B752's in the summer months.
