Re: man chokes to death on long haul flight
What a sad story. Anybody knows if they provide adequate cutlery on Jetstar? It could be an unfortunate incident but it could also be the consequence of serving hard beef and asking passengers to cut it with a plastic knife. The pax then decides to chew or swallow a bigger piece than usual and we get an unhappy end.
Still I'm surprised they don't mention trying to eject the stuck piece using the well known method. I hope the autopsy will shed some light on all this. What a sad birthday for his mother. RIP

Re: man chokes to death on long haul flight
Local news reports say that he had a heart condition.... there seems to be a possibility that his girlfriend just assumed that he was choking and that it might have actually been heart related.
