Just noticed on bruairport site:

BRU-FAO was operated by OO-LTM ( Korongo aircraft ),
seemed to have problems on departure as well as he putted on beacon lights for 30mins, turned them off and finally left with 45 minutes delay ( visual confirmation )...
Anyone who knows what is wrong with the A/C ?
