SOT Lysander crash?

Post by jan_olieslagers »

Today at the Schaffen (EBDT) fly-in, I heard talk of a Westland Lysander of Sabena Old Timer's club crashing due to engine failure on take-off, presumably at Zaventem EBBR. Who knows more?

Latest I could find is from 2001:  PRONKSTUK CRASHT

Saw it there, Willy, thanks. But is the restoration really done? I mean, has the bird flown again? Or have they given up that ambition?
