As you probably remember, there was some interest about the seating configuration of Avro's in this topic a few days ago.
As promised I've done some research and tried to find the information for most airlines operating the BAe 146's and RJ's.
Airlines having a 3-3 seating configuration:
Turkish Airlines:.......RJ-70 and RJ-100
Azzura Air:..............RJ-70 and RJ-85
Lufthansa Cityline:..RJ-85 (changing the config on all RJ's from 2-3 to 3-3)
Malmö Aviation:.......BAe 146-200 and RJ-100
British European:.....BAe 146-200
CityJet:....................BAe 146-200
KLM UK:...................BAe 146-300
Ryanair:...................BAe 146-300
Air Berlin:.................BAe 146-200 and BAe 146-300
Axis Airways:...........BAe 146-200
Albanian AIrlines:.....BAe 146-200
Flightline:.................BAe 146-200 (depends on the plane)
Airlines having a 2-3 seating configuration:
United Express:.......BAe 146-200 and BAe 146-300
Mesaba Airlines:......RJ-85 (2-2 configuration in First class and only 69 seats)
SN BA:.....................BAe 146-200, RJ-85 and RJ-100
SWISS:....................RJ-85 and RJ-100
Aegean Cronus:......RJ-100 (changing from a 3-3 configuration)
Air Botnia/Blue1:.....RJ-85 and RJ-100
Air Baltic:.................RJ-70
Meridiana:...............BAe 146-200
QANTAS:..................BAe 146-100, BAe 146-200 and BAe 146-300 (2-2 in C class)
JAZZ:.......................BAe 146-200
Atlantic Airways:.....BAe 146-200

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find information on following airlines:

Seating configuration on Avro's and BAe 's

Chris - the seats themselves were very nice and comfortable - being the leather ones like you find on SN, but I don't think 3-3 is good in a smaller aircraft. The Fokker 50 is just right for the smaller type - that is 2-2, on all airlines where I've flown in the type.
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.

They have to have room for the sofas (no ordinary seats for the British royal family!) When the Queen made her first flight on a scheduled ANZ flight, the ordinary first class seats were taken out and replaced by sofas and other luxurious furniture. Personally I think the 146 is unsuitable for such a task, before they had used VC10s, which obviously have more range, as the VIP transports.
