Just on VTM news : Pilots barrackated themselfs in the Cockpit because they are frightened by the angry passengers (because of delay). Passengers of that flight have allready destroyed a window of the terminal and the cabincrew of the flight has also been threatened ! The passengers are currently on board and the federal police are sending more men to the airport for a possible evacuation of the aircraft this afternoon, because the pilot has no intention of departing with agressive passengers !

Greetz,

Moved this to 'latest aviation' and made the title a bit more spicy ;-)

Passengers not willing to leave an aircraft is in fact a hostage (een gijzeling).

How many delay did the aircraft had at start ?

Also on hln.be now.

They say the new crew is on its way to Zaventem and that the aircraft will leave in the early evening.

I read that Turkish passengers create havoc and ran amok, they damaged the inside of the Greek aircraft and threatened the crew.

Why would the Greek captain then be fired.
What did he wrong?
Or is it that he refuses to fly to Turkey?

What a stupid idea to use a Greek tractor to carrier 400 Turks to Anatolia....

Ermm... it's a captain, not a morron...

However, refusing to fly these (completely out of proportion) angry passengers is something else (whether they are Turkish or not!)...

In the end I'm happy to have waken up early enough to see its arrival.

Arriving 07:06 on runway 25L :

Too bad of the 25-procedure... runway 02 would have produced a pic with marvelous lighting !
