) Can somebody please complete :

exact type >>> C-9B ?
Regi >>> 31682 (is this the complete regi?)
Operator >>> Is this a government plane or military (Navy, Marines, Army, Air force)?
Previous ID's?

reg is 73-1682
operator USAF
no previous ID's since this was the only one.
