[PHOTOS] Charleroi Airport 9th February 2007

Post by Fabke »

Couldn't resist to make a stop at Charleroi airport on my way back from Florennes

There was a lot of Ryanair traffic at the airport + some small private planes.
There are some big works going on at the airport , the brand new terminal takes shape and they're building another large long term parking.

Sorry for the fence on the last photos but Charleroi must be the worst airport in Belgium to take good photos , I think there's only one good place and that's where I stood , near the cargo area , some negative points , the temporary fence and you need a ladder + your standing next to a road with many many traffic

Thanks for the comments , I use a Sigma 50-500mm but a 300mm lens should be ok too at Charleroi , as long as you have a ladder ;)
