Help needed with buildyears of 4 aircraft.

Post by Andries »

Hi everyone,

Of the 4.000 aircraft in my database, there are 4 of which I cannot seem to find the buildyear. I have tried various sites like the Jetphotos Census, Airfleets.net, Airframes.org, the Scramble database, aerotransport.org, ...

 4201, Antonov An-26, c/n 14201, Czech Air Force,
 CS02, Hawker Siddely HS-748, c/n 1742/223, Belgian Air Force,
 HA-TCS, Antonov An-26, c/n 13905, CityLine Hungary,
 LY-TED, Antonov An-2, c/n 1G235-51, Unknown operator.

I am looking for the year when these aircraft were built or when they first flew. Thanks in advance !

Greetz,

Andries.

I can help with 3 ( all info from Aviation Databases - subscription required I'm afraid)

4201 c/n 57314201 built 1985 - reg'd to Aeroflot - Kazakstan 21/8/85 as CCCP-26206.
became UN-26206 in 1994, to 4201 in 1998

CS-02 c/n 1792 ff 6/7/76 del'd to BAF on 31/7/76 - now TY-22A of Benin AF

HA-TCS c/n 47313905 built 1984. reg'd CCCP-26598 and del'd to MAP Zaparozhye PO on 12/4/85. To Air Ukraine 9/93 as UR-26598 xfer to Motor Sich in 8/97 the to UR-DWA of Aero Charter A/l in 12/02. Became HA-TCS in 4/06.

The only info I have for LY-TED is that it was 17-BLACK of Soviet AF in 1992 then to LY-TED in 8/02 owned by UAB Termikas and based at Leopoldsburg

Hope this helps

ps if you want info on how to subscribe to AVDB contact me, website-info or Emirates - I couldn't keep track of the 60000 plus frames I have seen without it!

from the "Soviet Transport" book:
LY-TED An-2T c/n 1G235-51 was "15 black" with Soviet AF, became LY-TED in 1997 with UAB Termikas. it arrived in Leopoldsburg, Belgium on 05 AUG 1997

the serial numbers around this one (c/n 1G235-54 and 1G235-50) have been built in 1989.

hope it helps
