SN Brussels Airlines opendoor - October 2, 2005

Post by OO-VEX »

In the 2004 annual report, SN announces to have an open door in 2005.
As in 2003 they participated with 'Open Bedrijvendag', i estimate this open door event will be on Sunday the 2nd of October 2005.

For those who were not there in 2003, in the following topic you can see how it was 2 years ago  https://www.aviation24.be/posts604-highlight.html

October 2, I have a tentative arrival with VEX from Lisbon. Since VEX is now SN I guess I´ll experience their "openbedrijvendag" from the inside :D

The website of the organisation of this open company days is now online. SN Brussels Airlines is one of the many companies you can visit that day, but the only one at BRU.

Here is the link to the page about SNBA (only in Dutch)

Maybe we can organise some kind of a meeting there?

Hello

Isn't a bad Idea organising a meet. I hope I can be there. Must be really interesting , in a matter of taste a little aperitive , before we (or at least we hope to) visit the SNBA technics in Maart next coming year (2006) , when there will be a C-check in there. We'll visit it with school with the 5th and the 6th year 'Vliegtuigtechnieken' :P:P:P Am already waiting.

(Also am preparing to make some contacts there )

Hope to see you guys there .

Best regards: Yannick ;)

Nice to hear they will be organizing an open door event again. I'll try to come back to Brussels. And hopefully I'll be able to do a sightseeing flight again :)

@ Bruspotter,

Please try to do some efforts when writing posts in the forum. Everybody makes mistakes but reading an English text with Dutch words in between isn't easy !!!!

Bruspotter: Try not to be in a hurry when you come to luchtzak.be. And always take the time to read your message again before posting.

Will there be busses from the terminal building to the hangar or do we have to get there ourselves?

I think I will arrive there around 8:30, because in the afternoon I have to go to my family in law. My nephew will be baptised.
Is it the same building as two years ago?

Hi guys,

I'm sorry but I will most probably not be able to makeit for the opendoor of SNBA :( :( :(

It would have been so nice to see many of you once more and to be able to do a sightseeing flight in one of those great Avro's (the only plane flying with 5 APU's )

Let'shope they'll do an opendoor next year as well when I'm back in Belgium.

Have fun

Greetings
Chris
