the outgoing ALX104 to Kinshasa, announced for 13h15, took off at 19h00
HBA was on time all trip.

Just had a look at my calendar, and seems today is Sunday 13th September 2009. You are quoting from c.q. replying to my post from ... Thursday 23th July 2009.

But nevertheless: history from that flight (repeat: from 13th July 2009) confirms the delay.

If you want the arr/dep history from ALX103/104, feel free to ask (offer valid till 13th November 2009).
