8 Turkish fighter jets formations violated Greek airspace

Greek military sources said 8 formations of Turkish fighter jets violated Wednesday Greek national air space over the central and northern Aegean eight times before being chased off by Greek fighters.

2 of the Turkish jets were photo-reconnaissance Phantoms.

Vice Admiral Antonios Antoniadis met with Turkey’s Naval Forces Commander Admiral Ozdn Ornek at the start of a visit to Turkey yesterday.

Do the miltary there really want to join the EU?
And did it take seven intrusions, before the Greeks were able to chase them off? :roll:
