Air Nostrum doesn't really have a website to speak of. You are directed to the Iberia-site. Prices range enormously, but they often have promotions on the LUX-MAD route (Luxair is doing the flight twice daily, and I think Air Nostrum has two flights a day as well, so their is enough offer). You indeed receive full One World miles with Air Nostrum. Only downside: in Madrid-Barajas you leave from Terminal 3, which has the atmosphere and the looks of Gent-Dampoort or Antwerpen-Berchem railwaystation
