Hi All,
Recently I took the international sector with India's Vistara Airlines from Mumbai, India to Muscat, Oman. I would like to share my experience about it. Vistara operates from Mumbai's Terminal2, all international flights too are operated from T2
At the time of this flight, Vistara had 46 A320Ns, 10 A321Ns and 4 B787-9s in its fleet. It operates A320N aircraft equipped with CFM Leap engines from Mumbai to Muscat, registered as VT-TQB which was delivered to Vistara in October 2020
The aircraft has Business, Premium Economy & Economy seats, There are 8 Business class seats in 2-2 configuration.
Each passenger was provided a small pillow and each seat was equipped with a USB power supply, a mobile/tab holder, a coat hook and a regular tray table.
Leg room was good for a 2H55M flight. In-flight meals had Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian options, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages were also served. The main food which was served tasted average but the desert was excellent.
Passengers can use the in-flight entertainment by connecting their personal devices with wifi. The lavatory wasn't clean as well. The flight was on time and arrived 30 minutes earlier at Muscat. Muscat airport's new terminal building was inaugurated in 2018 and it has been neatly maintained. The full potential of the airport's capacity isn't tapped, as Oman is still in the recovering phase of COVID.
Overall it was a wonderful flight by Vistara.
Do watch the full video and comment on it.

Nice video.
I visited the Sultanate of Oman once and I was surprised to see the number of Indians in the country, but looking at the map, the distance is not very big, which can explain why.
What kind of changes, if any, do you expect after the merger of Vistara into Air India?

The merger may result in an expanded route network, allowing passengers to access a wider range of destinations served by the combined airline. This could potentially enhance connectivity and travel options for passengers.sn26567 wrote: ↑03 Sep 2023, 23:00 Nice video.

It sounds like you had a comprehensive and detailed experience flying with Vistara Airlines from Mumbai to Muscat! Your description provides valuable insights into various aspects of the journey, from the aircraft and seating configuration to the in-flight amenities and overall service quality.
It's great to hear that Vistara operates international flights from Mumbai's Terminal 2 and that the flight departed and arrived on time, with the added bonus of arriving earlier than expected in Muscat. The provision of amenities such as USB power supply, mobile/tab holder, and a coat hook shows attention to passenger comfort and convenience.
Your feedback on the in-flight meals, entertainment options, and cleanliness of the lavatory provides a balanced perspective, highlighting both positive aspects and areas for improvement. It's especially helpful for potential passengers to know about the quality of the food and cleanliness standards.

Thanks for the review! It is good to know about the services and amenities that Vistara Airlines give. I like that each seat has a USB port and a place to hold a phone or tablet. That's very helpful. Another good thing is that the flight came 30 minutes early and on time. It's too bad to hear that the bathroom wasn't clean, though. I think Vistara did a great job with the flight overall, and I'm glad you had a good time!

Thanks for sharing your detailed experience with Vistara Airlines! It's great to hear about the timely arrival and the excellent dessert, though it's a shame the lavatory wasn't clean.
