So I've noticed that planes have been landing quite regularly towards the East, as opposed to the more regular use of RNYs 25. Still, there appears to be more regular use of 07L for landing, though last night, they changed to 07R (I'm right under the glide path). This appears to be mainly in the evening. Is there a rule for how ATC uses this?
Thanks.

If I'm not mistaken, 07R has an instrument approach (VOR though, so non precision) where 07L doesn't have any instrument aid available at all (only visual approaches).
Some fellow members who are pilots flying out of BRU can probably give you some more detailed technical info.

There was some discussion of these matters in the generic thread "Which runway in use" viewtopic.php?f=21&t=7017&start=536, perhaps this question could be handled/continued there?
@Kuilboys: welcome from me too, but it may help to search the forum for your subject matter before posting a question. You may find you are the first to wonder - as I think is the case here. Good luck!
