I believe BA had a similar offer some time ago, but it was cancelled after some time.

AF and BA are having a hard time to fill their Concordes. BA even planns to take them out of service much sooner than planned (maybe already next year!).

Yesterday indeed, in La Libre belgique, Pierre Sparaco (an aviation consultant) wrote that most Concorde flights were running at an average load of less than 50%, which makes them non-profitable (even if BA claims that they are profitable).

AF and BA have only one daily flight to JFK. Sometimes also charter flights, although they tend to disappear after the CDG accident. Not a very efficient use of the fleet of 5 Concordes for each AF and BA. In happier times, BA had two daily flights to JFK and one to IAD.

Concorde planes are also feeling their age. AF had two incidents in one week. When it happens to a B747, nobody notices, but after the Concorde accident in CDG, even a minor incident is taken up by the press.

No wonder that BA wants to get away from Concorde. AF will soon follow suit.
