Any idea where this helicopter came from? Army helicopter?

The Belgian Army never operated Alouette III, though the Navy did. Today, however, and for a long while, neither the Army nor the Navy have had separate flying services. So it certainly wasn't a Belgian Army helicopter. It may well have been from the "Belgian Forces Air Component", though, which was perhaps what you meant 
According to wikipedia Belgium is a "former military operator" but ISTR some are yet operational, pending the arrival of the successsor type NH90.
Where it came from is not clear, EBFN Koksijde seems most likely if it was indeed Belgian.
But its destination may well have been the upcoming festivities at Sanicole, which brought a lot of interesting visitors to the area yesterday, and like as not even more today. I suggest you consult the Sanicole Airshow programme.
