What river and city is this in the first 20 seconds?

I guess we see the river Schelde at Temse, looking from West to East - which would correspond with the plane routing inbound BUN or perhaps ONW.
At the far right the "Oude Schelde", and the Rupel's mouth can be seen at - indeed! - Rupelmonde.

And also from 0.23' till 0.40' you can see the canal of the "kleine Nete " and at the left also the meander of the " kleine Nete " river. The little village at the right is Emblem and further above the town Lier.

Ah, thanks, I was wondering about that. I thought of the Willebroekse Vaart but that didn't work out.
