Two airlines are available, Scandinavian Airlines and Gulf traveller
Registration SAS, LN-RCE/RCF/RCG/RCH

I finally found 4 Revell Airbus 340/300 (3 lufthansa, 1 Austrian airlines) at Eindhoven (1) http://www.flash-aviation.nl and at Amsterdam (3) http://www.lhshop.nl/lhshop.asp
There are the last a340 Revell.

Don't worry about it It is easy to forget that the Aviation Hobby forum is there sometimes I think.
