Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
Fantastic logojet, well done SN!
Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
Beautiful! Well done!
Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
I usually don't get excited about these 'special' logojets, but this one looks fantastic!
Re: Tintin Logo Jet Brussels Airlines
I splitted the topic of as such a beautiful logo jet deserves a topic of it's own!
Cheers,

Re: Tintin Logo Jet Brussels Airlines
That is real "retro" : "Le Trésor de Rackham le Rouge", from which the model was taken, has been first published in 1944 - more than 70 years ago !
I don't see the point ...
And why not "Quick et Flupke" instead of Tintin ? Quick et Flupke (et l'agent 22) are real Brusselaars, thus have at least a bond with Brussels Airlines.

Looks very nice!
A dark painted plane always draws attention and this one definitely will even more.
I am sure it will have no problems making it in aviation magazines all over the world and create brand awareness wherever it comes: well done.

It's quite a nice surprise and very well done, looking forward to spotting the aircraft IRL
Btw: It seems that other "Tintin" planes could follow if you read their website:
"Will there be more Brussels Airlines aircraft with a Tintin livery?
Who knows? There are so many more Tintin adventures to choose from to make another unique aircraft livery… Keep an eye on us!"

Re: Tintin Logo Jet Brussels Airlines
Why would you take Quick & Flupke? While also from Hergé they are a lot less recognizable compared to Tintin which is a world famous comic caracter?airazurxtror wrote:That is real "retro" : "Le Trésor de Rackham le Rouge", from which the model was taken, has been first published in 1944 - more than 70 years ago !

And Q&F dates even before the comic which had Rackam in it, Q&F was (first) published between 1930 and 1940...
In the end, I think it's a great livery on this plane and I would like to see more like this in the future. Jetblue for example has quite a few A320's with awesome liveries... (with my personal favourite their FDNY plane)
