When will Netherlands be added to BRU AIR network?

Post by AFApresident »

When will Brussels Airlines add Rotterdam / Amsterdam etc to its network? I'm guessing that in June/July trains can run on the Diabolo track, so if they charter a Thalys (or actually 1-2 wagons) a couple of times a day that would be great and it would attract a lot more passengers since BRU air flights will show up on search engines when looking for flights from the Netherlands and of course it will also allow for smoother connections.

e.g.

BRU-ROT-AMS
at 7am (arrival at 8:10am in RTM and 8:40 in AMS) (first wave of connections from Africa / China)
at 9am (arrival at 10:10am in RTM and 10:40 in AMS) (second wave connections from Africa / and North America / India)
at 11am (arrival at 12:10pm in RTM and 12:40pm in AMS) (last flights from NAM etc and delayed flights flowover)

AMS-ROT-BRU
at 7am (arrival at 8:40 in BRU) (connections to NAM / India / Africa)
at 9am (arrival at 11:40 in BRU) (connections to Africa)
at 11am (arrival at 13:40 in BRU) (connections to Africa)

Of course the TS means "Rotterdam Centraal Station" and not Zestienhoven (Rotterdam Airport - RTM), as there is no railway station.

Anyway, the correct IATA code for Rotterdam Centraal Station is QRH...
