Helicopter crash in Soumagne (Liège)

According to VRT, a Fluxys helicopter has crashed into a residential area in Soumagne, near Liège. The pilot and co-pilot died in the crash, but there would be no victims on the ground.

Do Fluxys fly their own helicopters? Pipeline control seems to be often done by independent operators, presumably chartered by the pipeline owners/operators?
