Hi
I just had to study that for my exam (touristic organisation)
F, C, Y are service classes. This means this are the classes on board a plane, which you booked for and in which your seat will be located. (and the service is offered to you)
V, S, Q, D, L, ... are the booking classes. This mean that when you book a flight, this class indicates how much you paid for your ticket and which restrictions are related to it.
I got already my results for it: 68,75% At least one exam that I passed with succes!
Ciao
