Quite an armada to destroy these 7 aircraft: "A patrol of French Rafale fighters, backed by an E2-C Hawkeye AWACS, carried out air strikes overnight and around 20 French planes supported by four tankers and an E3F AWACS struck targets during the day".

Normally the answer wold be: get back on track as soon as the troubles are over.
Reality is probably more difficult: we can imagine that the top members of the regime are in one way or the other share holders. Many foreign bank accounts are frozen and even transfered.
It is a point I have been thinking about the moment that the UN was talking about imposing sanctions.
