I wish you are correct.Acid-drop wrote:If this is true, I really hope the airport will communicate to the union, saying that their action is totally thoughtless and irresponsible. Maybe they start thinking when they have the number of job lost because of their action. They already said it costed 70 millions euro to the belgian economy.
Now, is it really easy to find an airport with the same ratio quality/price in Germany ?
I guess we can find the airlines just by looking the logs of Hahn or other cheap airport around.
I still think Thai is a good guess.
But in this present case, it seems that Luc Partoune was talking about KALES (who flew out of AMS, on Friday).
By-the-way, KALES were using XCR (Vatry). So let's wait next week in order to see what's going on.
In the P.R., LGG were talking about 70 flights cancelled...hard to believe so many flights were scheduled !
Blame for strike at the airport should be on TRANSCOM Liege (FGTB Transports) who has organized the mass (illegal) picketing at Bierset. As usual, police on spot didn't intervene when workers tried to enter.
Airport was not the only place where the troubles maker "performed" http://www.lameuse.be/regions/liege/201 ... 4356.shtml
