It looks like it was a humanitary flight to Mogadiscio.

a bit off topic. But I wonder already a long time how the African inland airports are provided with aircraft fuel. Entebbe, Kinshasha, Kigali, Bujumbura, Bangui etcetera.
By truck I suppose. But that must be quite some organisation and expensive, due to distances and bad roads. Also tricky to keep the quality and prevention of theft.
