An all-new airline launched this week in Kuwait. Wataniya Airways began operating twice daily flights between Kuwait (KWI) and Dubai (DXB). Aimed at the discerning business traveller the airline's so far only A320 comes equipped with just 122 seats in a two-class configuration, 26 in First Class and 96 in Premium Economy. The airline will be competing with the national carrier Kuwait Airways, Jazeera and Emirates. Passengers departing Kuwait get to use the prestigious Sheikh Saad Terminal, formerly the Royal Aviation Terminal.

Yes, i've been this week in kuwait and saw it as well. They have a seperate "place" where first class passengers can check in and have a lounge room.
