Virgin Express posts excellent consumer service results

Compared to the members of the Association of European Airlines (AEA) and the major low fare airlines in Europe, Virgin Express scores very high on on-time performance (OTP), flight regularity and baggage handling. On all of these customer performance indicators the Belgian low fare airline is within the top 5.

In the 2nd quarter of 2004, more than 93% of all scheduled flights of the Belgian low fare airline left on time and more than 94% arrived on time. From January until May 2004, flight regularity was as high
as 99.86%. In that same period, missing baggage was registered at only less than 3.2 mislaid bags per 1000 passengers, which is one of the lowest in the airline industry.
