18/09 : ANR-BRU, SN1011 and SN1013, ARJ ?

Post by LX-LGX »

now on Brussels Airport flight info:

arr SN1011: ETA 16h05, coming from Antwerp (scheduled for 16h05)
arr SN1013: ETA 16h05, coming from Antwerp (delayed till 17h13)

Are there some ARJ test flights at ANR today?

And if so: has anyone an idea when the ARJ / ARJ's will be there ?

The flights do not appear on Antwerp Airport flight info, shown on VRT:

It's a special flight for children with a handicap.

Hello;

Yep, indeed, I was today at the airport with school, and i was really suprised when i saw the Avro & co... :shock:

My first thought was a diversion due bad weather in BRU, but than it were special flights for children with a handicap...

It was nice to see a quite full tarmac at antwerp... :D :wink:

PS I do like the sound of those good old DC-3's ... :jump:

Yes it was the whole day. I knew it had to come in september but I didn't knew the exact date. But this time they didn't flew so low as I saw earlier in 2001 with a Sabena Avro. In 2001 he was extremely low overflying the train rails to Antwerp Central Station.
