A source of me working at ANR, told me this A300 did not make touch and go's at ANR. It made an approach and passed the runway at an altitude of 1700ft . This was a technical flight on behalf of TNT.

Yes it was P-RNAV certification.
P-RNAV is the aircraft and operator approval requirement that is introduced for RNAV procedures in ECAC Terminal Airspace.

Hello
Yes I was also pretty shocked when I saw him.
I was at work at ASL @ EBAW, I heard several times, and large aircraft passing by, but I thought it was regular traffic for BRU.
when I finally could run fast enough to the open doors of the hangar I could see the TNT flying very low below the clouds. Really nice.
It dissapeared for some hours (saw him between 12-12:30) and it flew by again around 18:50 if I'm not mistaking.
Best regards: Yannick

Hello
Sabena320, I'm afraid that it came so unexpected that no-one was able to take pics...besides that it was very bad weather (low cloud deck) so we could only see it very shortly. Or am I mistaking and are there pics?
In that case, indeed I would really like to see them too.
Best regards: Yannick

Hello
Nope, I was working, and yes I did have my cam with me...but I didn't knew that it was going to be a TNT, besides...I would not have been able to catch if from that distance... I'm sorry guys...would have liked it a lot too . No contribution from my side.
But I do know that I wasn't the only looking to the sky above EBAW, that's for sure
Greats: Yannick
