Nope. Not by a long shot. The Chinese FAL will, once fully operational, only produce about 10% of all the A32X output, i.e. four per month. And all of those are expected to be for the Chinese market. Since so far, none of the orders announced in Paris are for the Chinese, the most likely answer is that none - not a single one - of all these planes will be built in China.and here is the answer to the question "who will make all these airplanes?"
....
Yep, the Chinese.

Fly Asian Xpress Buys 15 A330-300 Airbus Aircraft
KUALA LUMPUR, June 20 (Bernama) -- Local airline Fly Asian Xpress (FAX) has signed an agreement with Airbus to buy 15 A330-300 aircraft, an increase of five to its initial commitment for 10 A330-300 aircraft in April this year.
"The firming up of the additional orders reaffirms our ambition to be the world's most profitable point-to-point long haul low-cost carrier," said FAX director Datuk Tony Fernandes.
In a statement today, Airbus said the first new A330 will be delivered to FAX during the third quarter of 2008.
FAX is the operating company for AirAsiaX, the world's newest long haul low-cost airline.
