Friedrichshafen (FDH, EDNY): lovely destination, on the border with switserland and Austria @ the lake of constanz (bodensee), ... and last but not least (for me): I have some good friends living over there. But I guess it will never happen.

Help me out of this but I just flew Ryanair from Eindhoven last week.
So, that is openend already.
And for Ozzie: Ostend was openend and closed by Ryanair. But I am sure you knew that already, just a inside joke I suppose?

If CRL continues to handle clients that way, next base will simply be transfer of "so-called Brussels" from CRL to LGG (and Buzz will be happy: he will be able to bike to the airport :P )

Yes, I knew, but I would like them to re-open it (although I'm not holding my breath on that one).

And not every airport that has Ryanair-flights is a Ryanair-base. If you look at the destinations map on the Ryanair website you can see a difference : some airports are represented by a red square, while others are represented by a yellow circle. The red squares are bases. I think (and correct me if I'm wrong) that in order to be called a base you need to have aircraft permanently stationed there. So as Eindhoven is represented by a yellow circle, it would appear that it has no aircraft permanently stationed there, although I will humbly tip my hat to anyone who can correct me on all this.

and, for Buzz not to forget: he will be welcomed in his mothertongue; I have deep doubt that it is the case in CRL (they are only bilingual: French and Walloon :P :P :P )

Thanks Ozzie, I didn't think about the difference .
I bet that if Dedecker was "emperor" instead of Vandelanotte we would see much more traffic at Ostend.

I think Oslo Torp might be an option.
