As school began yesterday an other year of ebos spotting has been born.In fact it couldn't start any better. Today I had only 2 hours of lessons so a free afternoon with a magnificent blue sky and some very nice traffic came as a gift from heaven. An overview of the day.
2 Embraer EMB-145 diverted this morning to EBOS : G-EMBI and G-ERJB.

As an extra also Polet's An-124 RA-82075 left EBOS today. When looking back to my pictures I found out that during his TO he had quite a close call with a bird . Take a closer look at engine No.1 Luckely nothing happened and the bird also lived to fly another day.
Hi Bottie, the 2 Embraers were diverted from Bristol and Manchester.Strange they were there bolth at the same time.
And yep idd It didn't stop there .
Easyjet also decided to fill the afternoon with some touch and go training.
I think they just stopped 10 minutes ago.
nevertheless ...good picturetime 8)
Hi, as we are in the same class, we mostely stand togheter at the airport too if there is something to do. So here's my part of these nice movements, although I wasn't there for the Easyjet (was enjoying the weather at the beach), but still I was able to make a shot of it from the pier.
In fact I think most of the pictures online were from the second secuence of touch and goes. When I arrived they had just made a full stop landing, probably to chance the crew.
I'll send you some high res pics in a moment.

How did you guys take the pictures from the side of the aircraft?
I used to go at the place, where the MK hangar has been built, so there are fences everywhere nowdays. Or do you use stairs?
