Nice pictures guys, thanks for sharing, they realy make my day in these times of studying business ethics :!:

Simon

P.S.: which plane is standing at SN technics (white fuselage, blue tail)? Is that the Arkefly?
If you can count the blades of my engines while they work, you are too close to be save

That's the Arkefly indeed. The other plane in the background
at SN Technics is D-ARFE, former Aero Flight A320 now painted
all white and parked at BRU.

Indeed cold air and beautiful sunshine is the best for photography. But unfortunately there is one drawback: --> you get frozen fingers ;) ;)

Nice pictures! And a long log also.
I think a fokker jet looks better from the side.

Thanks for the comments!

@ Stoney:

To get to the 02 spot from the R0 'ring' around Brussels take the exit to the airport and at the round-about follow to Zaventem centrum. Now you are on the N262 'Vilvoordelaan'. Then again at a round-about take the third (I think) exit this should be the Van Dijcklaan. Just a little bit further you have to take a street to the left and immediately to the right. After a while you have to go to the left just before a railroad. Keep following this small road and you will reach the 02 spot. Hope this helps

I'll guide you starting from the intersection of the Leuvensesteenweg and the Sterrebeekstraat (the street from Sterrebeek into Zaventem city that Jan speaks from). Follow the Sterrebeekstraat downhill. At the lowest point of this street, it turns to the left (direction Zaventem Centrum). There you take the street at the right (Imbroekstraat). At the end of this little street, take to the left (under the railway bridge) (street becomes 'Zeven Tommen'). Follow that street 'uphill' and there you are; the 02-spot.

Coming from the 'Ring': drive onto the A201 (direction BRU). Do not take the bridge, but keep right (direction Zaventem Centrum). On the roundabout, drive to the right (--> Vilvoordelaan). Continue to the next roundabout. Take the 3th street (Steenokkerzeelstraat) and follow it (you'll pass a Peugeot-garage). At the first intersection, take left (Groenstraat). Then immediately turn right again (also Steenokkerzeelstraat) and follow it. Pass the sports hall of Zaventem, and just before crossing the railway bridge, take left (Zeven Tommen). Follow the Zeven Tommen and you'll arrive at the 02-spot.

Hope this helps...
