TUI names new Netherlands chief

Post by SN30952 »

Annemie Brackx will become director general of TUI Nederland on January 1.
She will take over from Louis Frankenhuis who had been in the post since January 2002 and is now retiring. Brackx has been in charge of central hotel contracting for the World of TUI since November 2002. Prior to that, she was head of TUI Belgium, whose main operator Jetair was formerly owned by her family.
TUI Nederland, incorporating 20 operator and agency brands and 300 retail outlets, is the Dutch market leader with turnover of EUR 1.3 billion in 2002.

Annemie Brackx might be from Ostend.... Lien.
But I agree with you, many CEO of airlines have a name with a good traditional dutch sound.
